This 2-level Private home is fully furnished with comfortable beds & furnishings, quality towels and linens, and all the kitchen appliances you need to make your stay a success. A large terrace with a Private Pool is accessed off the house’s main floor. Also downstairs on the main is the 2nd master bedroom with its own bathroom.
Top floor is living room, dining area, kitchen and master with private ensuite and large end to end terrace with 2 sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the washroom has a his/hers sink and complete with a beautiful cupula.
Full service kitchen including ample cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, and purified water system in the sink and the fridge.
Villa Jardin is well suited for agile and young at heart… There are approx 75 stairs from the street level to the Villa… There is 4 landings so lots of areas to rest or set down groceries.
There is a gardener and a pool maintenance person, a cleaning lady 1 time per week during your stay.. *you can hire her for extra days… if my schedule permits*
Rental rate includes water, gas, internet, cable, quality property management, and maid 1 time per week.
Electric is metered and will be charged at the end of your stay for monthly rentals.
Just minutes down the street you will find the walking bridge that brings you over the Rio Cuale once you cross this you’re at quaint little shops, art galleries & popular restaurants such as River Cafe…
Gringo Gulch is located on the East-Side hill above and behind the famous Guadalupe Church in the town center… The area became famous in 1963 after the film “Night of the Iguana” starring Richard Burton & Elizabeth Taylor was filmed here.
Property Policies
$900 usd per week / $1900 per month Low Season ( May- Oct)
$1100 usd per week / $3500 per month High Season ( Nov- Apr)
$1500 usd per week ( Dec 21st to Jan 3rd & March 28th to April 11th 2021)
CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
