The space
This Penthouse, in a compound of 5 casas, is 10 minutes by foot from Los Muertos Beach and within walking distance to all the Romantic Zone amenities.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an additional flex room, adjacent to the master bedroom which can be either a sleeping small room (futon), office or storage.
Be delighted that you can do your laundry at home with washer and dryer a few steps from the master bedroom.
Be cool inside, leave the heat out!! A/C units in the bedroom and living area and 6 fans throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped but no dishwasher….you would be dining out, anyway :)
Included: high speed internet, gas, water. Electric bill paid by guest.
Small cat/dog is acceptable, at owner’s discretion and if it is an older cat/dog, we love oldies.
Property Policies
Electric is included for short term weekly rentals, on rentals of 28 days and more guest pay for consumption… meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure.
