Casa Bonita offers amazing views of Banderas Bay, Humpback Whales breaching & Dolphins playing in the waves and of the majestic ocean beyond. The large private terrace overlooking Punta Negra beach & pool area is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic sunset dinner, read a book or sit for hours gazing at the views. Our spacious condo is fully equipped for your comfort with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room & large, private balcony. All of this & only 10 minutes south of ‘Old Town’ and Vallarta’s ‘Romantic Zone’, the most desirable area of Puerto Vallarta! Uber is very popular and accessible, and most of their drivers (we have found) speak English, but there are also taxis outside of the complex 24/7. The front desk can also call a taxi for you, there’s a bus stop right there, and our Property Manager is also more than happy to provide Concierge Services and transportation, if you desire.

Sandy Punta Negra beach was recently featured in Vallarta Lifestyles magazine as one of Vallarta’s Best Beaches. On-site parking with 24/7 security, 9am-5pm bilingual reception/concierge, large, heated pool and sun deck with loungers and umbrella tables and chairs. Pool side gas grill, ping pong table, pool side washrooms and showers, secure, gated beach access.
