5 min drive Walmart, Soriana, Cotsco and many different options for quick grocery shopping.

* Our nightly rate INCLUDES new $20 daily Resort fee for pool, towels, beach and loungers.
* All-Inclusive is available to purchase at the Sunscape desk at a discounted rate
* Onsite restaurants and bars are for use by All-Inclusive guests only.
* Access to Pool and Beach is from 8AM to 6:30PM in Winter months and 8AM to 8PM in the Summer months.
**Please Note that the resort is limiting 3 Adults (age 12 and up) and 3 Children (under the age of 12) per condo Access to the Pool and Beach for those that paid the access fee.
Guests under the age of 25 are entirely welcome – however the condo must be booked by someone 25 years or older

Half Day Pass From 9am to 5pm or 6pm to 1am – 65usd Adults / 33usd Kids
CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
