Be advised there are some stairs to reach the condo and pool (after all this is in the mountains! ) so if that is a concern you may want to consider that before booking. It is flat when you are dropped off at the street.. Once inside you need to go down 4 sets of stairs. Each set has 8 steps

*****. 1 week ago • Stayed about a week This place is much larger than it looks. It is such a beautiful setting with amazing views. Very peaceful and quiet. The pool is great. It was about a 10-15 minute walk down lots of stairs to the beach just south of the Malecón. If you can’t do lots of stairs, this wouldn’t be the place for you. Adrian was our host. Very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

There’s everything you need provided. The location was great, walking up the hill may be a challenge for some, but we didn’t find it too challenging and walked all the time.
It’s very close to the beach and Zona Romantica, no need to Uber or taxi there. Adrian (the host) was great, super responsive and helpful.

*****. 1 week ago • Stayed about a week Very nice place -well appointed and stocked. There’s a beautiful view from every room. There is a spacious bathroom for each bedroom with nice showers.
Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was also handy. The only inconvenience is that there’s quite a climb up to the place, but even that is not as bad as many other places in PV. You will not be disappointed with this place!

The photos do not do this place justice. It is much larger that it appears – almost 2000 square feet. The balcony is also very large with incredible views.
The unit itself is new and very well furnished, with everything you would need. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor spaces and bathrooms, with huge showers.
Adrian, this property’s local manager, is fantastic. He handled any issues immediately and professionally. He was there well before we arrived for check-in.
You are about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and downtown. The only negative is that the walk home is steep and all uphill.
Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.
