About this space
Brisa Lunar Oasis is a 1,950 sq ft condo in Amapas — guests routinely tell us it’s much larger than the photos suggest.
Both bedrooms face the ocean. That is rare in Puerto Vallarta, where one ocean-view bedroom is usually the most you’ll get. It means it doesn’t matter which room you take, or which couple gets which. Both are true masters, each with its own full bathroom, a large shower, a new bidet, and its own walkout to the balcony. The living room opens onto the balcony as well, so there’s an ocean view from every room in the condo.
The balcony is large and covered — built for long dinners and for PV’s sunsets. Guests single out the beds and how well stocked the kitchen is.

The space
The building
Brisa Lunar is a boutique building of only 8 condos in upscale Amapas, just above Zona Romántica. Peaceful most of the time — it does sit among other buildings, so you’ll occasionally hear the neighborhood. There is no elevator.
About the stairs — please read this part
Amapas is built on a hillside and this condo sits below street level. From the street down to our door is 36 steps. From the condo down to the pool is another 47. There is no elevator, so luggage goes down 36 steps on arrival and back up on departure.
It’s a 10–15 minute walk down to Los Muertos beach and Zona Romántica, and the walk home is steep. Most of our guests do it daily and never take a taxi, and several have told us the view is worth every step. But if stairs are difficult for you, this isn’t the right condo, and we would much rather you know that now than discover it on arrival.

Getting in
You’ll have your door code before you travel, along with a local phone number answered for any issues that come up during your stay.
Good to know
30-day minimum stay, set by the building’s HOA. Electricity is included — no separate meter reading, no bill at the end of your stay. Normal use is covered; only genuinely exceptional consumption (above 1,500 pesos in a month, which none of our guests has reached) would be billed at cost.

Los Muertos Beach Pier (4 min) · Playa de Los Muertos (7 min) · Olas Altas Beach (10 min) · Olas Altas Street (11 min) · Conchas Chinas Beach (16 min) · Galería Dante for shopping. PVR airport is about 30 minutes by car.
Restaurants, all roughly 9 minutes on foot: La Palapa, Blondie’s, Coco’s Kitchen, Blue Chairs Roof Top, Sí Señor Beach. Pancho’s Takos is 13 minutes.
