Lush front and back tropical gardens perfect for a morning coffee or sunset cocktail. The property is fully equipped, just bring your suitcase. Everything within walking distance groceries at Sam’s, Walmart, pharmacies, hospitals, markets, or uber, taxi or bus downtown.

The 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms make this home amazing for your family, it has a kitchen with everything you need and a small pool in the backyard for private relaxing.
The neighborhood is very friendly and safe, there are some schools nearby and transportation will be easy to access, whether by Uber, taxi or bus.
Casa Aramara has 2 levels, bedrooms upstairs and the entrance is filled with plants that keep the house fresh and green.

Property Policies
Electric is included for short term weekly rentals, on rentals of 28 days and more guest pay for consumption… meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure.
CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
