A 10-minute flat walk to the Malecon or 15-minute walk to Los Muertos beach and all the Zona Romantica has to offer. El Caloso also has some amazing restaurants just a few blocks from the house. La Fina, and De Cortez are just a few blocks from the house. You’ll also find the fruit market, and meat market a few blocks away.
The second level of the home is the entertainment area and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, sun deck, 40′ long heated swimming pool, outdoor BBQ, and shower and a half bath.
The third-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony overlooking the pool, A/C, a private bathroom with a walk-in closet, and an extra large shower for 2.
The fourth-level patio has great views of the romantic zone, mountains, and surrounding area and is the perfect place to watch the sunset and unwind after the day.
The house has high-speed internet on all 4 levels, high-pressure water, endless hot water, and a private garage.
Cleaning services are provided 1 time per week on full week stays and more.
Electric is included for short term weekly rentals, on rentals of 28 days and more guest pay for consumption… meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure.
