The main living area is bright and inviting, with very high ceilings that give the condo a wonderful sense of space. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living area, making it easy to cook, gather, and enjoy time together. There is also a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy loft area that can be used as an office, reading space, or entertainment area. From here, you can step out onto the private terrace, a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. The upstairs master bedroom also has its own terrace.

The condo is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort, along with high-speed internet. You’ll also have access to a shared dipping pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing.

Located on a quiet private street, the property offers a peaceful setting while still being a comfortable home base for enjoying everything the area has to offer. The property also features solar panels, security cameras, neighborhood security, and street parking.

What’s Included

Your stay includes weekly maid service, water, gas, and high-speed internet.

For electricity, the owner provides a $1,000 MXN monthly credit. Any electricity usage above that amount will be paid by the renter.
