It’s at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful and popular Conchas Chinas neighborhood. Watch the magnificent sunsets and sunrises from the large balcony that stretches from the living room to the master bedroom, providing you with a 180-degree ocean view. Time can really get away from you as you watch the whales, boats, and cruise ships.
The complex offers a very comfortable and safe environment with 24-hour on site security and locked gates accessed only by a key card. The very large heated pool is well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs and a poolside restroom for your convenience.
Close to town yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are two very nice beach side restaurants and bars (El Set and La Playita at Lindo Mar) directly down the stairs and across the highway. Be sure and visit beautiful Conchas Chinas beach just a 5-7-minute walk. You can easily catch a taxi or a bus to wherever you want to go. A small convenience store (OXXO) is only a 5-7-minute walk away. If you’re looking for some exercise it is just a 15-minute walk to town.
