Enjoy the privacy of Condo Conklin a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that is fully furnished complete with it’s own private pool or venture out to the spacious common pools located across from a picturesque lagoon.
Condo Conklin has mini split air conditioning, comfortable furniture a king size bed and a queen in the second bedroom, on site safe in master bedroom & master had a spacious closets and ensuite. Condo is rented with all towels and linens for your convenience.
There is wireless internet and satellite tv provided by CosmoRed.
At pool side there are ample lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables, a shallow end for kids and adult depth for splashing, laps, or just a dip.
Parking out front and underground parking for long stays.
Public transportation just a few minutes away at the El Tigre Security Gate.
Public Beach access at Bahia Del Sol only a short distance away.
Rental rate for short term 1 week stay does include electric.
High season monthly or long term does not include electric. Taheima provides the electric bill and renter must pay as each unit is individually metered.
Cleaning is provided at the end of your stay but not provided during your stay.. This can be arranged ahead of time with your rental agent.

Hours: Monday 7:00am to 11:00am. Tuesday to Saturday 7:00am to 9:00pm and Sunday 7:00am to 6:00pm.
• Access to the beach club, located at Playa Royale. Hours: 10:00am to 7:00pm
• Access to the wet areas of the Hacienda del Paraiso SPA located in the clubhouse. Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Use of a towel ($200 pesos in case of loss).
Discounts on Green Fees *from 10% to 47% off depending on the Season and /or tee time* .
• The temporary credential does not give discounts on food and beverages.

Membership must be paid for at the El Tigre Golf Club in person
You must bring official ID to the Golf Club to pay for your Social Membership Access and your rental must be no less than 2 weeks in length.
CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
