The condo also includes full AC, Smart Roku TV, Firestick, Netflix and 50mb internet. I include maid service once per week. You have complete private access to the entire condo and grounds of the complex which includes the pool and gardens. The Principal bedroom features a queen size bed, AC, fan, closet with drawers, desk and safe. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds easily converted to a king, AC, fan, closet, chest of drawers, iron and ironing board. The living room with AC and fans, comfortably seats six people, has a smart TV, opens-up with french doors to the terrace which has seating for 8, loungers and gas bbq. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, full gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, side x side refrigerator with filtered water ice-maker and many small appliances, there is a laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The 3 piece bathroom is traditionally tiled with beautiful Mexican tiles.

A private parking space is available in the complex upon request, please contact my management company to secure access. The guards at the front gate are willing to call for a taxi.
