Casita Margarita is a cozy retreat for two with some traditional Mexican touches and easy access to a beautiful beach. It enjoys a prime location, walkable to all the best Vallarta has to offer. Across the street from the best “foodie” neighborhood in town with a variety of cuisine to choose from. The unit is in a building called Villa Vallarta, a Mexican style open-air building with a mix of retail spaces, private residences, and part of hotel Canto del Sol. The building has most of the essentials for your stay such as restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops, medical services, beach shops, laundry service and spas.

This one bedroom, second floor condo is a quiet, peaceful retreat, steps away from a lovely swimmable beach. It has a comfortable living room, bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen and balcony for your morning coffee. Convenient keyless entry. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella are also provided. There is a king size bed with plush foam topper and premium linens. It has a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, and coffee maker. It has a reclining sofa, 4K LED high-definition smart TV, AC in the living area and bedroom, WIFI, reverse osmosis filtered water and all the amenities for a comfortable vacation in Vallarta.

Electricity is included for short-term weekly rentals. For stays longer than that, the guest will pay for consumption. A meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure.

Please be aware there is one flight of narrow stairs to reach the unit.
