This light and airy artist’s abode features 2/2 and is over 1450 sq ft. 180 degree ocean in one direction and tropical jungle and wilderness in the other. Sunrise to sunset you have the ultimate bird’s eye view.
Torre Punta Vallarta. Top of the world! Open the door to your paradise with all the comforts of home with indoor outdoor living on the sea. There is a king sized bed in the spacious master bedroom that faces the ocean with a separate balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in travertine shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with separate balcony and faces the rainforest. The floor pan allows for total privacy. The chef’s kitchen and laundry area are great for are fully equipped for fun in the sun!
This is one of PV’s only green beaches and is arguably the best. Walk out our gate to the sand and you will find a wide variety of sea birds, pelicans, frigates, MacCaws, gulls, herons and sea turtles. Wade out in the soft, white sandy bottom to swim in the warm ocean waters and snorkel in the outcroppings.
All of the spaces are accessible to the guests apart from the owners lock- off in the laundry area.
There are beach chairs, umbrella, fins and masks for guest use. A full- sized washer and dryer are in area the laundry room.

Electric is included for short term weekly rentals, on rentals of 28 days and more guest pay for consumption… meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure.
CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
