Sunscape Resort is now a *OPTIONAL* ALL-INCLUSIVE condo rental.
The all-inclusive provides unlimited access to the hotel facilities, food, drinks, and alcohol, and you must have it to use the pool and common areas during your stay.
During Spring and Autumn season prices for passes are as follows (April 28th to June 27th and August 18 to December 17th):
Mandatory Pass, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Child $38 USD per day, Adult $61 USD per day.
Full-Day Pass, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm – Child $46 USD per day, Adult $75 USD per day.
During Summer and Winter seasons prices for passes are as follows (June 28th to August 17th and December 19th to January 4th):
Mandatory Pass, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – Child $42 USD per day, Adult $67 USD per day.
Full-Day Pass, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm – Child $50 USD per day, Adult $82 USD per day.
A Day Pass is now optional every day of your stay, and an upgrade to a Full-Day pass with extended hours is optional. You can choose the days to upgrade to a full-day pass, hotel access is still available without food and alcohol. This allows you to venture out and try other restaurants without feeling like you have to eat at the hotel, or if you choose to save money, eat in. There is a fully equipped kitchen and two grocery stores nearby.
All -inclusive passes are purchased from the resort directly the day of arrival.
Guests under the age of 25 are entirely welcome – however the condo must be booked by someone 25 years or older.
Outside the property just a few short steps to the North you will find La Isla Mall which is our newest shopping complete with Starbucks, Cinepolis VIP movie theater *with movies in both Spanish and English*, the Apple Store, Mac, Nike, and many trendy shopping.
There are many fine dining restraunts within walking distance or a quick Uber or taxi to town.
5 min drive Walmart, Soriana, Cotsco, La Comer and many different options for quick grocery shopping.
Airport is only 7 minute drive to the North.
