Welcome to Condo Passion located on the 15th floor of Sea River Tower. From your terrace look down onto the pool, palapa and grounds of the Sunscape Resort. Amazing Beaches and stellar sunsets await you. Enjoy watching dolphins and whales at different times of the year. Within walking distance, you have the VIP theater, La Isla mall, restaurants, Costco. Taxi and Uber are available at the entrance.
As of January 1, 2025, Sunscape Resorts is now a MANDATORY ALL-INCLUSIVE condo rental.

Guest access
The all-inclusive provides unlimited access to the hotel facilities, food, drinks, and alcohol.
Included in our posted rates are 2 half day passes at the value of $134 USD per day of your stay – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
If you would like the full day pass (8:00 am to 1:00 am) they are an extra $15 USD per person, and this would have to be arranged and paid separately. You do not require to pay everyday for this upgrade. You can upgrade on any day that you choose. If you choose not to upgrade, hotel access is still available without the food and alcohol.
If there are more than 2 people in your party, you can purchase additional passes from the resort.
If you choose to eat in, there is a fully equipped kitchen and two grocery stores nearby.
Guests under the age of 25 are entirely welcome – however the condo must be booked by someone 25 years or older.
Outside the property just a few short steps to the North you will find La Isla Mall which is our newest shopping complete with Starbucks, Cinepolis VIP movie theater *with movies in both Spanish and English*, the Apple Store, Mac, Nike, and many trendy shopping.
There are many fine dining restraunts within walking distance or a quick Uber or taxi to town.
5 min drive Walmart, Soriana, Cotsco, La Comer and many different options for quick grocery shopping.
Airport is only 7 minute drive to the North
