Located on the 15th floor of Sea River Tower, the condo is overlooking the pool and palapa of Sunscape Resort. Amazing beaches and stellar sunsets await you. Enjoy seeing dolphins and whales at certain times of the year from this oceanfront condo. Purchase the all-inclusive wristbands, and you don’t have to leave the resort.. or venture out to dine.
Outside the property just a few short steps to the North you will find La Isla Mall which is our newest shopping complete with Starbucks, Cinepolis VIP movie theater *with movies in both Spanish and English*, the Apple Store, Mac, Nike, and many trendy shopping.
There are many fine dining restraunts within walking distance or a quick Uber or taxi to town.
5 min drive Walmart, Soriana, Cotsco, La Comer and many different options for quick grocery shopping.
Airport is only 7 minute drive to the North
* Our nightly rate INCLUDES new $20 daily Resort fee for pool, towels, beach and loungers.
* All-Inclusive is available to purchase at the Sunscape desk when you arrive or anytime during your stay there are day and evening options
* Onsite restaurants and bars are for use by All-Inclusive guests only.
*There is a CASH ONLY trailer near the pool that sells hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, alcohol and non alcohol drinks
* Access to Pool and Beach is from 8AM to 6:30 PM in Winter months and 8AM to 8PM in the Summer months.
**Please Note the resort is limiting 3 Adults (age 12 and up) and 3 Children (under the age of 12) per condo Access to the Pool and Beach for those that paid the access fee.
Guests under the age of 25 are entirely welcome – however the condo must be booked by someone 25 years or older
2024 rental rates high season $3000.00 usd per month
high season is November 1st to April 30th yearly.
