Condo Tranquilo is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom corner unit situation on the 2nd floor and looks onto the inner courtyard and fresh vegetation of Taheima… Very quite unit has lots of natural sunlight in the kitchen, living room and bedroom.
Condo Tranquilo has mini split air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room, comfortable furniture a 1 king bed linens and towels for bath and pool.
Condo Tranquilo also boasts a Full Size fridge *not in these pictures* but will be re-photographed at check out.
There is wireless internet and local cable tv with some English channels in the tv located in the living room.
At pool side there are plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables, a shallow end for kids and adult depth for splashing, laps, or just a dip.
Parking out front and underground parking for long stays.
Public transportation just a few minutes away at the El Tigre Security Gate.
Public Beach access at Bahia Del Sol only a short distance away.
RENTAL RATE INCLUDES…. maintenance, property management, water, internet and cable in ALL units. weekly rentals electric is included.
Renters pay for electric on monthly rentals and more.
Coin operated laundry in the complex or use the laundry pickup and delivery service of a local company only a few blocks away.
Property Policies
Rental rate includes maintenance, property management, water, internet and cable. Electric included on weekly rentals. Tenants pay for electric consumption on rentals of one month and longer.
Cleaning is provided at the end of your stay but not provided during your stay… This can be arranged ahead of time with your rental agent or the condos property manager who will meet you onsite to let you in and get you acquainted with the area.

Hours: Monday 7:00am to 11:00am. Tuesday to Saturday 7:00am to 9:00pm and Sunday 7:00am to 6:00pm.

• Access to the wet areas of the Hacienda del Paraiso SPA located in the clubhouse. Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Use of a towel ($200 pesos in case of loss).

Membership must be paid for at the El Tigre Golf Club in person
You must bring official ID to the Golf Club to pay for your Social Membership Access and your rental must be no less than 2 weeks in length.
CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
