Condo Alejandro has many modification and personalized decor with bright and cheerful Mexican colors on the 11th floor of Grand Venetian Tower 3000. The spacious living room has a Murphy bed that sleeps two so your guests are comfortable.
The amazing views to the ocean will bring you the most stunning sunset and if your are lucky the whale watching in high season!
The master bedroom is comfortable and relaxing, with a private bathroom and all the amenities you may need.
Featuring complex interiors are of the highest quality. The spectacular infinity pool, hot tubs, a nice air conditioned gym with top of the line equipment and underground parking spot.

Property Policies
Cleaning services are provided 1 time per week on full week stays and more. Electric is included for short term weekly rentals on rentals of 1 month and more guest pay for consumption… meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure. The cost per lost bracelet is $2,000 pesos each.
CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
